This hot-pluggable SFP transceiver module supports bi-directional data links of up to 4.25 Gb/s for Fast Ethernet applications. Operating within the C-Band DWDM 100GHz ITU Fixed Channel, it is compatible with 4G Fibre Channel and is optimized for amplified DWDM networks. The design accommodates ring topologies, featuring both fixed and reconfigurable OADMs. With a low dispersion DFB laser, this module achieves a remarkable reach of up to 80km. Enhanced link budget capabilities are provided through APD receiver technology, ensuring reliable performance. The wavelength is tightly controlled within ± 0.1 nm across varying temperatures and operational conditions. Powering the module requires a single 3.3V supply, and it utilizes an LC Duplex connector for seamless integration. Additionally, built-in digital diagnostic functions facilitate monitoring and maintenance. The transceiver operates within a commercial temperature range of -5°C to 70°C, making it suitable for a variety of environments.
