This hot-pluggable SFP+ module supports selectable rates of 1.25 Gb/s or between 9.95 and 10.3 Gb/s, ensuring versatile performance. It operates with a power dissipation of less than 1 W and complies with RoHS-6 standards (lead-free). Designed for commercial temperature ranges from 0 °C to 70 °C, it requires a single 3.3 Vdc power supply. The maximum link length is up to 300 m on 2000 MHZ-km multimode fiber (SR) and 10 km for long-range (LR) applications. Featuring an uncooled 1310 nm DFB laser for LR, it utilizes a duplex LC connector and includes built-in digital diagnostics. The distance capability reaches 400 m, with a maximum data rate of 10.3 Gb/s. This module is compliant with Optical Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, and Wireless CPRI protocols. The device features a VCSEL transmitter and a PIN receiver, operating on a 3.3V voltage supply with an 850 nm wavelength.
