This hot-pluggable XFP transceiver features a compact footprint and supports bit rates ranging from 8.5Gb/s to 10.5Gb/s, making it ideal for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications. Its power dissipation is less than 1.5W, and it operates within a temperature range of -5°C to 70°C. The device requires a single power supply of 3.3V and can achieve a maximum link length of 300m using an uncooled 850nm VCSEL laser. Connectivity is facilitated through an LC Duplex connector, and there is no need for a reference clock. Additionally, it includes built-in digital diagnostic capabilities and a standard bail release mechanism for ease of use.
