The APC is a basic rack-mount Power Distribution Unit (PDU) extender designed to distribute electrical power to equipment inside server racks, network cabinets, and data center enclosures. It occupies 2U of horizontal rack space and supports a maximum input current of 30 A at a wide range of supply voltages including 100 V, 120 V, 200 V, and 208 V AC making it adaptable for varied power environments. The unit features four NEMA L5-20R outlets for connecting rack devices and includes a long (~28 ft) power cord with a NEMA L14-30P input plug, enabling flexible positioning and connection to a compatible upstream power source or UPS.
