ACF400 Overview

The APC Airflow Cooling System is a high-performance environmental control solution designed to enhance thermal management in APC NetShelter SX and VX 600 mm wide server enclosures by efficiently extracting warm exhaust air and helping maintain optimal operating temperatures for densely packed IT equipment. This zero-U cooling unit mounts to the back of a rack without occupying usable space and uses intelligent, variable-speed fans with automatic temperature-based control to adjust airflow for efficient heat removal. Featuring a built-in LCD display for local monitoring and control, integrated network management capabilities for remote oversight, and robust construction with fault-tolerant fans and replaceable components, that supports reliable, continuous operation while reducing hotspots and improving overall data center cooling effectiveness.
