The R6Q99A, also called AP‑MOD‑SERU, is a modular console adapter created by Aruba (HPE) that converts the Micro‑USB TTL 3.3 V console interface on Aruba access points into a standard RJ‑45 RS‑232 interface. In simpler terms, many Aruba APs have a console port inside that uses TTL serial over Micro‑USB, which is great for short cable runs or internal access.
